Charlie Wu is a media man about London.

When asked recently to nominate his least favourite corporate slang (he's the fifth person to have replied), he answered in one word:

What is this reverting business?

Fortunately Julia Streets is on hand to defines this as:

''Come back to you.

Often used as a sign-off at the end of an email.

'Will revert. Rgds J.' ''

So there you have it, and if you want to check out more of the definitions from what the publishers are already calling ''the best book on corporate jargon ever''. Then click here.
