One in three mobile money users is Kenyan

 Kenya has more cell-phone subscriptions than adult citizens, and more than 80 percent of those with a cell phone also use "mobile money."

Today, almost one in three mobile money users in the world is a Kenyan.


Why hasn't mobile money taken off in other countries at the same rate?
