Chris Skinner, the complete banker, but only in a good way, has been nominated for Finance Blog of the Year.
Although good luck is wished on all nominees, do hope that you cast your vote the right way.
Some more about the competition:
Here at Hitachi we’re at the forefront of the financial industry, working with companies that range from SMEs to multinational corporations. Since the company was first established in 1982 we’ve seen numerous changes to the industry. One of the most important of these changes is the rise of the Internet and social media, which allows individuals more power than ever before to document and influence the finance industry.
The ‘blogosphere’ is now one of the most important resources for financial news and punditry, both for the public at large and for finance professionals. So we wanted to recognise the invaluable work that the best independent bloggers do for our industry, particularly in these frequently uncertain times.
With that in mind, we’ve selected some of the independent financial blogs that we think are providing the best, most up-to-the-minute financial news, commentary and debate, and nominated them for what we hope to be the first of many ‘Financial Blogger of the Year’ awards.
You can find links to all of our nominated blogs below. Please take a look at all of them if you’re not already familiar, and show some support for your favourite by voting. The blogger that has received the most votes by 16th November will win a brand new Apple iMac.
